I feel like I'm in Kindergarten camp

This is so retarded. I just got out of a meeting where they made our whole company stand in a small freaking room( the size of the fellowship hall at FSBC) and get a speech(45 min) where the first sergeant said we can't move anywhere in battle buddy teams. We now have to move as a squad! So if I need to go to the bathroom my whole squad...all 20 of them has to go with me to the bathroom. We have to carry the name tag of our battle buddy with us at all times and they can never be more than arms length away from us. We each have 1 name tag so I'm wearing my battle buddies name tag. If your not in the military and you're not sure what's normal operating procedure, this stuff they are making us do is retarded. I seriously feel like I'm in a kindergarten camp. The 1SG talked about accountability making sure we know where everyone is and team work and saying how he promised our families he would make sure we all got home ok. Bull crap. He didn't talk to anyone during the farewell ceremony. I have never been apart of a unit with such a high concentration of worthless shamming NCO's and Officers. If they really want everyone to come home safe then they would give the classes that the leaders are going through and are supposed to be teaching to their soldiers rather than just passing around sign-in sheets for the classes. If they really cared they would get rid of all the crap bags that can't get right. They wouldn't push off all the rejects and a-holes from the other platons in the gun platoon that's supposed to protect the rest of us. Especially after their platoon has had 3 negligent discharges in the past 2 days! The only reason why the 1SG is talking is because they had the highest ranking NCO on post come down to the field and chew his ass out. This is going to be one long deployment and man I am looking forward to all this ending
