2012 is here and with it come some new directions for me. Last year I took a foundations of ministry class from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. The class was a seminar format and it gave me the opportunity to reflect on how God has worked in my past to give me clarity for my future. Last year was the first time I went through the process of trying to clarify the things God has gifted me with and what He has called me to. Last year was the first time I systematically tried to focus and better shape my life to God's will for my life.
I used the things that I learned in Foundations of Ministry to help me create the tool I used to help keep me on track this past year, my Yearly Evaluation Template. This year I took some time out to go on another kind of retreat to seek out God's guidance to give me clarity and focus for this year. Here's part of what I'm working on for 2012.
